Important: MetalGlowZone is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, sell, or purchase metals directly.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Buyer Accounts: Free registration for browsing and requesting quotes
- Seller Accounts: Paid subscription for listing products (Free, Basic, Premium, Elite, Featured tiers)
3.3 Verification
Sellers must undergo verification by submitting business license, tax ID, and company registration documents. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification.
4. Seller Obligations
4.1 Product Listings
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing
- Ensure products comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Honor quoted prices for a reasonable period
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
- Not list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products
4.2 Prohibited Products
Sellers may NOT list:
- Stolen or illegally obtained materials
- Products that violate international trade sanctions
- Hazardous materials without proper documentation
- Counterfeit or misrepresented products
5. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and business information
- Communicate in good faith with sellers
- Not misuse the platform for competitive intelligence gathering
- Comply with all applicable import/export regulations
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Platform Fees
- Buyers: Free to use. No transaction fees or commissions.
- Sellers: Monthly subscription based on tier (Free, Basic $99/mo, Premium $299/mo, Elite $599/mo, Featured $999/mo)
6.2 Transaction Terms
All transactions (payment, shipping, delivery) are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. MetalGlowZone is not involved in and takes no responsibility for these transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on MetalGlowZone (design, text, graphics, logos, interface) is owned by MetalGlowZone and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
By posting content (product listings, descriptions, images), you grant MetalGlowZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content on the Platform.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Product listings are accurate or complete
- Sellers will fulfill their obligations
- Transactions will be completed successfully
8.2 No Liability for Transactions
MetalGlowZone is not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of products
- Accuracy of product listings
- Ability of sellers to deliver products
- Ability of buyers to pay
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METALGLOWZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR USING OUR PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MetalGlowZone harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your product listings or transactions
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal activities
- Complaints from other users
- At our sole discretion
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Disputes Between Users
Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties. MetalGlowZone may offer mediation assistance but is not obligated to do so.
12.2 Disputes with MetalGlowZone
Any dispute with MetalGlowZone shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
